Coach at the St. Thomas’ Primary School, Eddy Caines-Richards, is confident that the defending back to back champions, will indeed complete the three peat this year, at the prestigious Gulf Insurance Primary schools’ Athletic championship, or the MINI OLYMPICS, as it is dubbed.
Training and practice sessions have been going well and the children are making the transition to the rubber track, where the action is scheduled this year, ACCOR.
The children themselves are exuding in confidence and Coach Richards is urging all of the supporters of the school, to show up in their green, come March 28th.
‘Even if you are from Gingerland,’ he said teasingly.
