‘The Extasy Sound’ is ready to compete in this year's Magnum SKNVibes KNOCKSHORE STUNNER

(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- Members of the ‘Extasy Sound’, Marvin Lewis, Jason Walen and Anthony Gajor are confident that they will win the Magnum DJ Sound Clash for the third consecutive time. This event is part of the Black San 2015 activities.

Marvin Lewis, who is popularly known in the music industry as DJ Woodis, indicated in an exclusive interview with Nevispages that he along with his sound members, Selecta Mad & Bad and Selecta B are confident that they will remain the champions for this year’s edition of ‘Knockshore Night’ which is also dubbed ‘Stunner’.

The Magnum DJ Sound Clash Competition is scheduled to take place on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the Sandy Point High Court. ‘Woodis’ gave high praises to the sponsors, Rams Trading Ltd. and media house SKNVibes for once again renewing their commitments in sponsoring the event.

‘Woodis’, clutching his championship belt stated, “This championship belt, is not coming off my waist”. He was of the view that even though it will be a still competition, his sound system will walk away with the title.

The Extasy Sound, who is the reigning champions for two years, will be defending the title against an experienced slate of contenders that includes ‘Black Stone Sound’ out of Nevis, ‘Chalice Sound’ and ‘Chronical Leverage’ from St. Kitts in this epic musical clash.

The Special Guest Referee will be DJ Flames of Mad Squad Sound, while veteran Tony Matterhorn out of Jamaica will be the special clash judge. He is also scheduled to perform during the night. Tony Matterhorn has competed in some of the industry’s most prominent clashes. He holds multiple titles from around the world.

This huge event will also feature the Nu Vybes Band aka the Sugar Band and the Small Axe Band, whose fans has dubbed ‘the sweetest band in the world’.

‘Woodis’ is inviting everyone to come out to witness what he termed, ‘a clash like nothing before’.

Admission to this event is $50.00 in advance and $60.00 at the gate. The action kicks off at 9:00 p.m.
