Two Nevisian Special Olympic athletes have been included in a St. Kitts-Nevis team, which will be participating in the USA special Olympic Games, shortly.
The USA Special Olympic Games will be held in Orlando, Florida from June 4th to 12th.
The two athletes from Nevis are Shakir Stapleton, who be competing in Tennis, and Robert Liddie who will compete in the open water swimming and the Triathlon event.
There are two other athletes from St. Kitts, along with five coaches and other delegates.
One of the coaches is Derrick Good, who is confident that Shakir and Robert will do well in the meet.
Shakir has regular training sessions with a team in St. Kitts and also at the Four Seasons courts, with Wayne Tyson.
Robert Liddie on the other hand is training really hard under the supervision of Winston Crooke and company.
Good is confident that all of the athletes will perform really well in the meet.
