The 4th ECCB International Netball Series continued with intense competition on September 24.
The Cayman Islands secured a solid victory over Dominica with a score of 62-37. Grenada dominated their game against Montserrat, winning by a substantial margin of 82-8. St Vincent and the Grenadines maintained their winning streak, defeating Antigua 68-37. St Lucia rounded out the day with a commanding 88-12 win against Anguilla.
These results follow the exciting matches from the tournament’s opening days.
As the tournament progresses, clear frontrunners have emerged. St Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines remain undefeated, establishing themselves as strong contenders.
The Cayman Islands, despite being a guest team, has shown impressive performance throughout the series. Grenada has demonstrated resilience by recovering from their opening-day loss to secure two consecutive wins.
Some teams, particularly Anguilla and Montserrat, have faced significant challenges, suffering heavy defeats in their matches. However, the tournament is still ongoing, and there’s potential for turnarounds in team performances.
