Social Security Celebrates 45 Years

Basseterre-St. Kitts- St. Christopher and Nevis Social Security Board, celebrates its 45th year of existence, today 1st February. Under the theme:

“TRANSFORM REFORM THRIVE Social Security 45!!!”

The institution has impacted the lives of every citizen, not only through guaranteed benefits but through the organization’s corporate social responsibility programs.

Several activities will be held as part of the celebration of the significant milestone:

February 1st-Minister’s broadcast-wear green day

February 5th -Corporate worship at the Zion Moravian Church in Basseterre, starting at 9.30 am

February 21st -Stakeholders breakfast meeting-The reform agenda

February 23rd Scholarship induction ceremony

March-Virtual panel discussion-The future of Social Security

April-Primary Schools visits

July 1st-45th anniversary gala
