It rained long and hard throughout the day, but in spite of all that, another match in the private high schools’ Football league, was played on Saturday 3rd November.
The SKI team from St. Kitts, engaged the Nevis International Secondary School, at the Bath Village Playing field.
It was a hard fought game, which involved a lot of ‘slipping and sliding, like the reggae express’.
As the match closed out in regulation time, it seemed like both teams had earned a hard fought drawn game, at 2-all.
But hold on!
The referee sent the game into overtime and the SKI team squeezed in a decisive goal, to break the deadlock and effectively take the game-3 goals to 2.
