The Security Forces FC was delighted to have earned a spot in the Premier League of the St. Kitts/Nevis Football Association, but their introduction to the bigger league was referred to as a ‘baptism by fire.’

After all, they were swamped 8 goals to nil in their very first encounter, versus the SL Horsford’s St. Paul’s team and that was followed by a whipping from Ram’s Village Super Stars when they were trounced 9 goals to nil.

However, since then, they have had somewhat of a resurgence, as they have won two games and have accumulated five points.  They are now currently ranked 11th in the points standings.

Manager of the team, Mr. John Bergan has indicated that his team has not begun training as a unit as yet, but have been individually getting themselves ready.  The strategy going forward, in order to maintain their position in the Premier League, is simple: Beat up on the lesser teams and ensure that they have a much better showing against the more renowned teams.
