Charlestown, Nevis – Miss Rodney Elliot of Nevis, has been officially declared the winner of the “Oldie Goldie Patriotic Wear Competition”.
This competition was hosted and coordinated by the Department of Community Development and Social Services, on St. Kitts.
As part of the stipulated criteria, participants had to be over the age of 62 and were expected to wear a creative outfit, complete with the colours of the national flag.
Rodney Elliot was adjudged as the winner and in second place, was Ms. Beulah Elliot, out of St. Kitts.
The two ladies are expected to receive cash prizes from the Development Bank of St. Kitts and Nevis and tokens from SL Horsfords and Co. LTD.
