Press Release

COURT CONVICTION:

Carol Seaton of West Farm was convicted for the offence of driving without due care and attention, which was committed on 12th May 2015.

David Isaac of New Town Bay Road was convicted for the offence of driving without due care and attention on 10th February 2015.  He was convicted and fined $ 250.00 in 7 days or 7 days in Prison.

Jermaine Johnson of Camps was convicted for the offence of driving without due care and attention, which was committed on 13th July 2015. He was convicted and fined $ 750.00 in 14 days or 2 months in Prison.

Richard Dorsett AKA Shilou of Gibbons Hill, Dieppe Bay was convicted for the offence of Possession of Cannabis and Possession with intent to supply, which was committed on January 8th 2014 at Dieppe Bay. He was sentenced to a term of imprisonment for 6 months at hard labour.

  

ARRESTS:

Antoine Galloway of Ponds Extension/Tabernacle was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of Escaping Lawful Custody on a Warrant in the First Instance. Incident was committed on September 28th 2015.

Steve Warde of Cleverly Hill Sandy Point was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of House Breaking and Larceny, which was committed on 24th September 2015.

 

Liambeer Allen of Conaree Village was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Cannabis and Possession with Intent to Supply. The incident occurred on September 30th 2015 at Conaree Village.

Allen received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance before the Basseterre Magistrates Court on November 2nd. 

Lewis Powell of Upper Shaw Ave was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition offences, which were committed on 28th September 2015.

Enslie Lewis of Upper Shaw Ave was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition offences which were committed on 28th September 2015.

Pete Douglas was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of Possession of Firearm and Possession of Ammunition offences which were committed on 28th September 2015.

Keon Moore of Ramsbury was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence Robbery (four counts). Incident was committed on 27th September 2015.
