The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank advises that the ECCB@40 Creative Arts and Island Night Festival scheduled for 21 October 2023, has been postponed until further notice, due to the impending passage of Tropical Storm Tammy.
The Government of Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis has issued a Tropical Storm Warning and Hurricane Watch for the Federation and has issued an urgent notice requiring the closure of schools, government offices and businesses at midday on October 20, 2023.
