ARRESTS:
Elroy Cannonier of Bourkes Road, Sandy Point was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offence of possession of cannabis, which was committed on 23th October 2015.
Cannonier received bail and is scheduled to make an appearance at the the Basseterre Magistrate’s Court on Monday 2nd November, 2015.
Virgil Gumbs alias ‘Hippie’ of Parray’s Village was formally arrested, charged and cautioned for the offences of Driving under the influence of drinks and Failing to provide a blood specimen for laboratory test. Incident took place on October 24th 2015.
