The police are currently investigating the shooting death of Elston Estridge, a 38-year-old resident of Conaree Village in St. Kitts.
The incident took place on April 18th, 2024, between 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM at John Street, Newtown in St. Kitts.
When the police arrived at the scene, they found Mr. Estridge lying on the ground with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead on the spot.
Preliminary investigations suggest that Mr. Estridge was attacked by an armed assailant who fled the scene after the incident.
The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police (RSCNPF) have processed the crime scene and collected evidence. The investigation is ongoing, and the public will be kept informed of its progress.
