New Year Ceremony to Seek Blessings for Our Officers As We Approach 2025

Division C of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) held a heartfelt New Year ceremony to seek blessings for our officers as we approach 2025. Attendees included Commissioner of Police James Sutton, Deputy Commissioner Cromwell Henry, Assistant Commissioners James Francis, Dr McCarta Browne, and Andre Mitchell, along with National Security Finance Officer Ms Katya Laws and law enforcement officers from both the RSCNPF and the St. Kitts-Nevis Defence Force.

Deputy Governor-General Mrs Hyleta Liburd offered encouraging remarks, and Mr Wakely Daniel delivered a message on behalf of Premier Hon. Mark Brantley. Our featured speaker, His Lordship Justice Patrick Thompson, Jr., inspired us to always lead by example and strive to embody principled and moral character, as these qualities are essential in our roles as guardians of safety and security.

Following the ceremony, the High Command took the opportunity to visit the four police stations on Nevis: Cotton Ground, Gingerland, New Castle, and Charlestown. Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to upholding our national mandate for safety and security. As we face the challenges ahead, we wish every officer success, strength, and safety in carrying out their national duties. We look forward to a year filled with achievements stemming from our unwavering dedication to our beloved nation!
