PUBLIC NOTICE
Under the provisions of The Nevis Physical Planning and Development Control Ordinance, CAP 6.09(N), a public meeting will be held to facilitate public participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for the following proposed project:

The general public is hereby invited to a proposed residential development at Pinneys Estate, Nevis, to be carried out by F.S.R. Estates Limited. Residents, particularly those from St. Thomas’ Parish, are encouraged to attend this meeting to learn more about the proposed project, share their views and concerns, and understand the benefits it will bring to the community and the island of Nevis.
This meeting is a requirement set forth by the Department of Physical Planning and the Environment.

The EIA document will be available for viewing at the Nevis Public Library from Tuesday, November 19, 2024, until 4:00 PM on Monday, November 25, 2024. Attendees will have the opportunity to provide comments and feedback after their review of the document.
