(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- Ms Culture Queen 2013, Jomelle Elliot has once again made herself known in the pageantry world when she captured the first runner up position in the second annual Miss Caribbean Tourism Queen Pageant.
The pageant was held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at the Carnival Village, St. Kitts. Eight beautiful ladies from across the Caribbean traveled to St. Kitts to display culture, talent and beauty before an appreciative audience.
At the end of the night, Miss. St. Lucia, Louise Victor was crowed Ms Caribbean Tourism 2013.
Nevis’ very own Jomelle Elliot placed first runner up. Her talent and evening wear that secured her the winning position for Ms Culture Queen Pageant 2013 also secured her a place in the top three at Saturday’s night show. She also won Miss Photogenic.
Second runner up went to Miss Anguilla, Taity Kai Goodwin. She won best swimsuit while Trinidad and Tobago, Keda Lou-Ann Pascall captured the title of best promotional speech and best costume. She placed third runner up.
Miss Jamaica, Roniesha James won best question and answer.
The other contestants were Fanny Hernandez of Dominican Republic, Tiffany Ferguson of Guyana and Alther Richardson- Walter of Antigua and Barbuda.
