President of the Nevis Cricket Association, Denrick Liburd, on Wednesday, publicly thanked the Nevis Island Administration through its Ministry of Social
Development and the Department of Sports, for financially making it possible for the Nevis senior Cricket team, to travel to Antigua, where they will shortly be participating in the Leeward Islands 50 overs tournament.
He also extended thanks to Director of Sports, Jamir Claxton who was very instrumental in assisting the process.
The Nevis team is set to depart for Antigua today, Thursday 11th May.
