(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- The missing vehicles that were said to have been used in the two gruesome murders of Jamal Isles and Kishmoy Challenger were found by the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.
This media house understands that the silver Mitsubishi RVR PA7687 vehicle registered to Nevis’ third murder victim, Kishmoy Challenger, was found on Sunday, May 26, 2013 sometime after 7:00 a.m. in the Fountain area.
The vehicle was allegedly taken by two gunmen who brutally gunned down Kishmoy at his job site at Cliff Dwellers in broad day light on the morning of Tuesday, May 14, 2013.
Twelve days after his murder and one day after his burial service, police officers recovered the missing vehicle of the 29 year old off a dirt road in some bushy area also known as ‘Gore Hill’.
The vehicle is said to be in good condition.
Additionally, Police on Nevis are currently investigating another incident resulting in another missing vehicle. The vehicle is a pickup truck P 9990 which is owned by the Nevis Island Administration. The vehicle was reported missing on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 and it was recovered in a bushy area at Hickman’s Village, Gingerland on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 with its interior burnt.
The vehicle was removed and transported to the compound of the Charlestown Police Station.
According to information received, it is alleged that the vehicle was stolen from the Government mechanic shop in Prospect and used for transportation in the murder of 21 year old Jamal Isles of Fountain Village.
Jamal was gunned down in his bedroom and left for dead in the early morning on Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
His burial service is slated to take place today at the Combermere Methodist Church.
