(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- The contestants for the Miss LIME Black San 2015 title were officially revealed to the public last weekend at Nirvana Restaurant, St. Kitts.
The six (6) beautiful contestants, who would be vying for this year’s pageant, are Marsha Phillip, Felicia Silcott, Shameika Prentice, Betania Seaton, Deshona Perinchief and the lone contestant from Nevis, Tricilla Arthurton. They were introduced by last year’s queen, Desiree Herbert.
Pageant coordinator, Treasa Wyatt, stated that she was pleased with the bevy of beauties selected for this year’s pageant. She stated that the girls were very talented and they were working hard to put on a spectacular performance for the audience.
According to the coordinator, the pageant will feature a number of segments including body painting and creative segment. However, for this year, the fifth anniversary of the Miss Black San Competition, Wyatt indicated that one of the segments, the Carib Black and Yellow, was removed. According to her, this was done to allow the contestants to focus more keenly on one of the more popular segments, which is the Body Painting segment.
The event it slated for Sunday, March 29, 2015 in Sandy Point, St. Kitts.
