Little Footballers Create Much Excitement

The Bath village playing field was a hub of activity on the evening of Monday 18th December, as the Bath United Football club launched yet another exciting initiative, in hosting a tournament involving players under the age of 9 years and 12 years.

The players were all regally suited up in brand new uniforms, complements of sponsor ARS Auto parts.

The many parents present, took the opportunity to take multiple photos and were vociferous and supportive as their young ones took to the field.

Prior to the first match, a brief opening ceremony was held, featuring Coach Alex Claxton as chairperson; an invocation by one of the parents; remarks by Director of Sports-Mr. Jamir Claxton and words of encouragement were also delivered by President of the club, Mrs. Isha Duggins.
