“LIME Hosts Session On Professional Development for CFBC Students”

Basseterre, St. Kitts: Tuesday, March 18th 2014: At the invitation of Dr. Christine Walwyn, a lecturer at the Technical, Vocational, Educational and Management Studies (TVEMS Division) at the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College, Human Resources Manager at LIME, Mrs. Karen Blackett delivered a presentation to students at the College on the topic, ‘The Job Interviewing Process’.

The presentation focused on areas such as, characteristics interviewers look for, preparation prior to the interview, what to expect during the interview,
reasons why interview questions are asked and the do’s and don’ts at an interview.

The highly interactive and informative session was attended by students who were in their final year of business studies in the area of Office Administration
and Management Studies. All in attendance were on the verge of commencing a six (6) week internship program at various institutions throughout the
Federation.

Hot on the heels of this internship program, will be their final examinations; after which each student will be seeking gainful employment. LIME wishes the
students good success in their exams and beyond.

At the end of the hour long session, students were presented with gifts by Mrs. Blackett on behalf of LIME.
