Joash Phipps, a resident of Cleverly Hill, Sandy Point, St. Kitts, who is currently living in Camps, Newcastle, Nevis, has been charged with possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition. These charges arise from a search warrant executed on March 21, 2025, at Mr. Phipps’ former residence in Sandy Point. This operation was carried out by officers from the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) in collaboration with the St. Kitts and Nevis Customs and Excise Department.
During the search, officers recovered one .380 Accu-Tek pistol along with five matching rounds of .380 ammunition. The Crime Scene Unit of the RSCNPF processed the scene and collected additional items of evidential value related to the case. Mr Phipps was arrested and charged at the Basseterre Police Station on the same day.
