The song which was written by CEO and producer of the label Jahvel ‘Jahvy’ Morrison speaks of the memories of the struggles of life but climaxes quickly to a catchy hook that penetrates deeply that success is inevitable with continuous hard work. Born Byiome Muir but more popularly known as I-Octane, is an electrifying reggae and dancehall artist from Clarendon Jamaica. I-OCTANE who has maintained his presence on the scene since he emerged says he’s delighted to work with talented new and upcoming dancehall reggae producers as it helps to bring and keep a fresh sound to the genre. The artist elaborates that he spends a lot of time in studio with young producers in an effort to make quality records using his experience from the industry over years as a guide to getting the best quality in creating a substantial record. “I was introduce to Jahvy through tj records and Zj chrome they both had good to say about the young producer and as soon as I listened his materials I was inclined to work with him as well”
Though not surfacing mainstream with previous productions Tru Ambassador Music which owned and operated by Producer and Songwriter Jahvel ‘Jahvy’ Morrison is no stranger to the dancehall scene. The young 23 year old who has already found himself writing for various dancehall/reggae artist and composing for prominent local labels including UIM and TJ Records but says he’s now focused on his own production company and plans to make an even more demanding stance than that which he had when he wrote and produced the popular single Bugle- Don’t Give Up In 2012 “I am nowhere near contented with my progress in the industry thus far but I am beyond grateful for the support I’ve been getting and will continue working hard” elaborates the young producer and songwriter.
