The Youths of the Future are the champions of the present.
This feat was accomplished on the evening of Saturday 10th December at the Nevis Athletic Stadium or the Mondo track.
It was the climax of the Premier’s cup in the local football league, hosted by the Nevis Football Association.
Youths of the Future faced off with the Bath United Football club in the grand finals.
The Youths dominated the first half and knocked in two goals by the halftime whistle.
However, a rejuvenated Bath united team came out in the second half, looking like a totally different team and scoring early in the half and constantly pressuring the Youths’ goal in the early exchanges.
However, when the Youths put in yet another goal, the bath men appeared to have lost all of the wind from their sails.

The Youths celebrated in grand style and in a brief ceremony, the President of the Nevis Football Association, Everette France presented the grand trophy and a cheque for $– to the youths.
