It was a fabulous game, played in front of an enthusiastic crowd. It featured the best players from the recently concluded Primary Schools’ football tournament, facing off in an All-Stars match.
Thirty-six of the top players competed at ET Willet Park on the evening of Saturday, November 23rd. The match was divided into two halves of twenty minutes each, allowing for as many substitutions as possible so that all 18 players on each squad could have some time on the field.
The game turned into a goal fest, with Team White and Team Pink scoring and responding to each other in style. The final score was 5 goals for Team Pink, coached by Liburd and Phillip, and 4 goals for Team White, coached by Hamilton and Williams.
The evening concluded with both teams entertaining the crowd in a fun penalty shootout.
