Carlos “Soap” Chapman, an exciting forward for the Bath United Football Club, passed away on Saturday, March 2nd, after a prolonged period of illness.
A release from the Bath United Football Club, posted on their Facebook page, states: “We are saddened by the passing of Carlos ‘Soap’ Chapman.
He was one of the stalwarts of Bath Football and one of its success stories.
He was one of the players at our entry into SKNFA DIVISION 1 and helped the team win its first DIVISION 1 Championship in 2014.
We are truly grateful for his contributions towards the development of our football in the Bath Community, Nevis, and Conaree.
To his son Shuquinhu, his siblings, and his entire family, the Hot Spring Bath United family says thanks!
