Football : Ivor Walters Primary Beat St. Thomas’ Primary in Top of The Table Clash

The ET Willet Park was ram-packed on the afternoon of Friday 18th October, as round seven of the ongoing National Bank Sponsored Primary Schools’ Football tournament continued.

As per usual, five matches were played, with each one having some level of significance on the outcome of the final four teams.

However, the feature match of the day, was the final match for the round, which pitched top-of-the-table holders, Ivor Walters Primary and St. Thomas’ Primary, against each other.

As expected, it was a hard-fought battle, a prelude to the grand finals—ALMOST.

The final scoreline went in favour of the IWPS team, winning by a margin of 2 goals to 1
