Fishing Tournament Returns to Indian Castle

After a few years’ hiatus, due to the covid-19 pandemic, the exciting Fishing tournament, hosted by the Indian Castle Fisher Folks Association, returns.

The action will take place on Monday 19th September-Independence Day in the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis.

As per usual, the venue will be the Indian castle Landing site, situated at Hanley’s Road.

The event commences at 12 noon and is expected to conclude at 6.30 pm.

The registration fee for Fishers /per boat is $100.00 which is nonrefundable and must be paid prior to the event.

Vendors will also pay $100.00 prior to the event.

The grand prize is a whopping $1000.00-winner takes all, for the most fish caught on the day.

For the spectators, there will be food and drink on sale, musical entertainment and fresh fish will be sold after the judging exercises are completed.
