The touring West Indies team began a three-day warm-up match against the Pakistan Shaheens in Islamabad on Friday, in preparation for their first Test match against Pakistan.
At lunchtime, the score was: West Indies XI 115 for 3. The batsmen included Kraigg Brathwaite with 34 runs, Mikyle Louis also scoring 34, and Keacy Carty contributing 22. Kavem Hodge was not out at 16, while Alick Athanaze had 8 runs. The last wicket fell when the score was at 90.
