Cricket Touring Team Gets the Better Of Windies Select X1

The visiting Bangladesh team triumphed over the West Indies Select XI in a tour match held in Antigua on November 17th and 18th.

Batting first, Bangladesh declared their innings at 253 for 7, with three batsmen retiring not out. McAllister and Holder each took two wickets for the West Indies.

The West Indies XI struggled from the start, with their captain, Kraigg Brathwaite, being dismissed for a duck. When the match was called off on the second day, the team was in a difficult position at 87 for 9. Melius was the top scorer with 23 runs, followed by Greaves with 20 and Beckford with 19. Murad was outstanding with the ball, claiming three wickets for just one run.
