On Thursday, January 2nd, Grenada’s first cricketer to join the West Indies senior team, Junior Murray, launched his autobiography titled “Windball to Windies.”
The event was held at the auditorium of the Grenada Boys’ Secondary School.
In his book, Murray recounts his journey from playing cricket with a wind ball in River Road to being selected for the West Indies team as a dynamic wicketkeeper-batsman.
He expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to his development and emphasized how his time at the test level significantly shaped his life.
During the ceremony, awards were presented to individuals who supported him throughout his cricketing career.
