The Antigua and Barbuda Falcons have called up all-rounder Hassan Khan as a replacement for opener Fakhar Zaman for the remaining matches of the 2024 Caribbean Premier League (CPL).
Zaman has returned to Pakistan to participate in the Champions One-Day Cup
The 34-year-old notched 159 runs at 31.80 in five matches with the Falcons.
His replacement, Hassan Khan, is a 23-year-old right-hand batter and left-arm orthodox bowler from Karachi, Pakistan.
He has already joined the Falcons team in Barbados ahead of Wednesday’s match against the Barbados Royals at Kensington Oval.
A former Pakistan U19 player, Khan has turned out for the Lahore Qalandars and the Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League.
In 69 T20s, Khan has 43 wickets at 32.13 and has scored 588 runs at 19.60.
Most recently, he helped the San Francisco Unicorns to the finals of the Major League Cricket final loss to Washington Freedom.
