Cricket : Antigua And Barbuda Takes Leewards Championship

The Leeward Islands 50 overs tournament concluded with two final matches in St. Kitts on Friday, 4th October.

At Warner Park, the undefeated teams, St. Kitts and Antigua/Barbuda, competed to determine the overall winner. Antigua/Barbuda batted first and scored an impressive 314 for 8 in their 50 overs. Jewel Andrew made a scintillating half-century before being run out.
