(CHARLESTOWN, NEVIS)- The suspense is now over as the ladies who have been dubbed the ‘Seductive Six’ for the first ever Miss Sapphire Swimsuit competition were finally introduced to the general public on Saturday, November 29, 2014.
The ladies appeared during the well-attended Tarrus Riley concert on Saturday night. Loud screams and shouts echoed across the Grell-Hull Stevens Netball Complex as they appeared.
The ladies were: Hydeia Tyson, Tricilla Arthurton, Felicia Silcott, Sidamo Jones, Jovon Garvey and Rhenique Leslie.
The competition is the brainchild of Mr. Randy Jeffers who currently serves as Director of the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant. Jeffers assured the general public that the Miss Sapphire Swimsuit competition will be a great show and the patrons can look forward to a dynamic package on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at Lime Beach Bar.
According to the show’s Coordinator, Ms. Renee Wilkinson, four of the contestants are from Nevis and two are from St. Kitts. She highlighted that the event will feature a vibrant display of swimsuit creations. Ms. Wilkinson is of the view that the show will grow in size each year and may eventually include competitors from other Caribbean Islands.
The event would be hosted by the reigning Caribbean Culture Queen, Miss Yarani Morton.
The “Seductive Six” have promised to put on an electrifying show.
