Basseterre, St. Kitts (CFBC): The Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College (CFBC) is excited to announce its inaugural panel discussion in celebration of World Quality Day on November 14th. This annual event is recognised globally and aims to highlight the significance of quality across various sectors.
This year’s theme, “Quality: From Compliance to Performance,” emphasises the essential role of quality assurance in helping organisations transition from mere compliance to achieving excellence and reliability in their products, services, and operations to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
The panel discussion, part of World Quality Week (November 11th to 14th), will take place on November 14th, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Poinciana Conference Room at CFBC’s Main Campus, located at Burdon Street, Basseterre.
The panel will feature experts who will share their insights on how organisations can enhance their quality practices to not only fulfil compliance requirements but also drive continuous improvement and outstanding performance. Each panellist brings a wealth of experience and expertise in quality management from various fields, including education, health, finance, and industry, promising a comprehensive and enlightening discussion on the theme.
The distinguished lineup of panellists includes Mr. Desroy Tate, Quality Manager at Carib Brewery (St. Kitts & Nevis) Ltd; Mr Stuart LaPlace, Director of St. Kitts and Nevis Bureau of Standards; Ms Tamara Liddie, Quality Assurance Officer at Joseph Nathaniel France General Hospital; Mr Terrence Crossman, First Chair and Managing Director of St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Ltd; and Mrs Trisha Francis, Executive Director of St. Kitts and Nevis Accreditation Secretariat.
