The annual cross-channel swim between St. Kitts and Nevis took place on Saturday 6th April.
There were 300 registered swimmers, which included several youthful participants from the Bring It Swim team.
The team, coached by James Weekes, featured significantly in the top results:
Girls Under 14
1st place: Skyla Connor
2nd place: Jazzelle Connor
Boys Under 14:
1st place: Nazanu Chiverton
2nd place: Aunri Pemberton
3rd place: Abhijith Srinivasan
Boys 14-19
3rd place: Anjuá Pemberton
4th Dylan Theron
5th Aiden Liburd
6th Hrishikesh Srinivasan
The organizers expressed appreciation to the individuals who helped to make the swimming competition a reality. These include 20 land volunteers, 54 kayak volunteers and 17 boats and their crews.
