Cause of Death: hypovolemic shock due to a perforating wound to the heart and a stab to the anterior chest wall
Preceding Incident: In the early evening of September 11th,2023, Mr. Smithen was stabbed multiple times by two(2) armed assailants while working at a gas station.
He succumbed to his injuries on the scene.
