The athletes of defending champions Green House, of the Gingerland Secondary School, were in celebratory mode on the evening of Sunday 19th February, after successfully defending the championship that they won last year.
The annual sports meet was held at the Nevis Athletic Stadium and was held under the distinguished patronage of former star Javelin athlete, Adrian Williams.
The athletes competed in the 400, 200, 800, 1200, 1500, 100 and 4×400 meters races.
They certainly thrilled the fair-sized and energetic crowd.
They even added a cheerleading segment to the afternoon’s proceedings, which was well received.
