A development meet for athletes in St. Kitts and Nevis, was held at the Nevis Athletic Stadium on Sunday 7th January.
There was not a massive attendance, as the information was received late by members of the public.
From all reports, the meet was previously scheduled for the Kim Collins stadium, but it is understood that the prestigious facility is currently undergoing repairs.
Quite a number of athletes representing various clubs and schools from St. Kitts and Nevis, were present and participated with some energy, as the meet was used to help the athletes to determine what level they are at and between them and their respective coaches seek to improve individual times and skills.
President of the SKNAA, Mr. Delwayne Delaney was on hand and actually helped with the officiating, along with other officials from both islands
