Commenting on the team’s selection, President Glenville Jeffers said “it was important that the SKNAAA sends a very strong contingent to the OECS Championships. We are prepared to give it our best shot and return to the Federation as the new OECS Track and Field Champions. As it relates to the NACAC under 23 Championships, our objective is to expose a number of our top Under-23 athletes within this small age group category to ensure that there is continuity propelling to the post Under 23 era. I am confident that the Selection Committee and the SKNAAA Executive made the best possible selection.”
The SKNAAA Executive extends congratulations to all selected athletes and appointed officials.
