Circumstances Initial investigations indicate that Mr. Jeffers was travelling from Oualie toward Cotton Ground.
When he arrived on the bridge between Funky Monkey Tours and the Old HorseStable, his vehicle began to slide as a result of the mud on the road due to the heavy rains.
He subsequently collided with a palm tree on the left side of the road.
