Abkim Bryan of Sandy Point, St. Kitts, has been sentenced to serve time in His Majesty’sPrison for Rape and Buggery.
The criminal offences were committed on June 4 th, 2019.
On February 12 th, 2024, His Lordship Justice Iain Morley, KC, handed down two(2) sentences.
For the offence of Rape, Mr Bryan was sentenced to fifteen (15) years in prison, and for the offence of Buggery, he received a sentence of six (6) years.
Both sentences are set to run concurrently.
