THE EASTERN CARIBBEAN FORECAST: A broad area of high pressure is the dominant feature. It will continue to generate relatively dry and stable weather conditions across the Islands today and tonight. Skies therefore over and around Hispaniola, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Leeward Islands, Windward Islands, Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, will be partly cloudy in general. However a few cloudy periods with brief passing showers could develop.
