Alphonso Eddy, residing on Boon Avenue in St. Kitts, was sentenced to His Majesty’s Prison for committing the offence of malicious damage on June 7, 2024.
After being tried and found guilty, Mr. Eddy was sentenced to three (3) years of imprisonment, with the time he spent on remand counted as time served.
His sentence was handed down on April 9, 2025, by Her Honour Ms Yasmin Clarke at the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court in Basseterre, St. Kitts.
