Agriculture Ministry Reminds Farmers and Fishers of Essential Insurance Consultations This Week

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Marine Resources in St. Kitts is reminding all farmers and fishers to take advantage of a series of consultations scheduled to take place this week at the Large Conference Room at the Department of Agriculture, St. Kitts.

The meetings have been scheduled as follows:

Livestock Farmers: Tuesday, 29th October at 5 pm

Crops Farmers: Wednesday, 30th October at 5 pm

Fishers/Fisherfolk: Thursday 31st October at 6 pm

These sessions will offer a vital opportunity for stakeholders to enhance their understanding of agricultural insurance and are tailored to address the unique challenges faced by farmers in the federation, particularly in light of the unpredictable nature of agricultural production.
