The Organization of American States (OAS) is inviting interested persons wishing to pursue Undergraduate or Graduate studies and or related research to apply for scholarships for the academic year 2017/2018.
To apply for an undergraduate or graduate scholarship, an applicant must be enrolled in the programme of study and be eligible to graduate within two academic years from the date of the scholarship offer, or accepted into the university where he or she plans to study for the last two years of an undergraduate programme that leads to a bachelor’s degree. Admission letter must state that the applicant will complete the programme of study within 2 academic years.
All prospective applicants are asked to note that they are responsible for the applications to desired institution of learning whether they are within or outside the OAS Consortium of Universities.
Deadline for submission to the Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) is Monday, March 21, 2016. Any applications submitted after the set date would not be processed until the next open call.
