MAN HUNT CONTINUES FOR WANTED MAN
On Thursday, April, 18 2013 based on a tip through Crime Stoppers, a joint Police and Defense Force Team mounted an operation in the New Road and Lower Monkey Hill areas for Raymond Pemberton who is wanted for Attempted Murder.
Pemberton however, managed to escape and remains at large.
He is considered armed and dangerous and must not be approached, instead contact the nearest police station, and continue to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-8477(TIPS).
NEVIS CIRCUIT COURT
Carlos Robinson of Cayon and Tamisha Bartlette of Craddock Road who were indicted for Rape and Indecent Assault which was committed on 21st June 2012. They were both acquitted for Rape, but, were found not guilty for Indecent Assault.
Warren Browne of Rawlings, Gingerland was convicted for the offence of House Breaking and larceny, and Attempted Unlawful Carnal Knowledge which was committed on 26th May 2012, and sentenced to three (3) years in prison with Hard Labour on both counts, and the sentences are to run concurrently.
