The launch of the Netball Academy proposed by the Sports Department on Nevis has been postponed and a new date will be announced later.
The Department released a statement explaining that the launch was postponed due to inclement weather conditions on Wednesday, which included thunder and lightning.
The primary aim of the Netball Academy is to teach the basics of Netball to 100 girls aged 8 to 11.
