The SKNFA FA Cup Quarter Finals are scheduled for Tuesday, July 9, 2024, at the NBGC Technical Center and St. Mary’s Park in Cayon. Five quarter-finalists were confirmed last week after their round of 16 matches. SKELEC Garden Hotspurs defeated Jones Group Sandy Point 3-1 at the NBGC Technical Center. Tiandre Rouse of Sandy Point scored in the 2nd minute of the match, but Valmon Jeffers scored two penalties in the 37th and 79th minutes, and Diandre Challenger scored the third goal in stoppage time to give Spurs the win. At the same venue, Rams Village Superstars defeated Conaree Fireball International 13-0. Players Austin Henry, Tahir Hanley, Samini Williams, Darius Liddie, G’Vaune Amory, Shervin King, and Joseph Wilkes scored for Village Superstars.
At St. Mary’s Park in Cayon, Azul Cayon Rockets won 6-0 against Security Forces FC. Xavier French, Mervin Lewis, Dane Weston, Raheem Davis, Malique Roberts, and Jahmarli Connor scored for Cayon Rockets. Earlier that day at the same venue, MFCR Old Road United Jets beat Mantab 5-2 with goals from Curvis Collins, Trevor Hanley, Imali Fyfield, and Geovannie Lake. Eversley Davis scored both goals for Mantab. The final Round 16 match was the rescheduled Tropical Blossom Hot Springs Bath United defeating Fast Cash Saddlers United 5-0 with goals from Rocco Browne, Amarni Williams, and Jeremy Richards.
