The Police are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in Saddlers, St. Kitts, on June 11th, 2024, between 12 AM and 1 AM. The incident resulted in the tragic death of thirty-two (32) year-old Kishawn Carty. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Mr Carty on the ground with a gunshot wound to the chest. He was quickly taken to the Mary Charles Hospital by ambulance, but unfortunately, he did not survive his injuries and was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
The Crime Scene Unit of the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force (RSCNPF) processed the scene and collected several items of evidential value. As the investigation progresses, the public will be kept informed about this incident.
