Charlestown-Nevis-On Thursday 21st March Pastor Cumberbatch and Ms. Danielle Wallace of the Church of Christ in Mount Lily made a monetary donation to the welfare of the Cecely Browne Integrated School (CBIS).
The cheque was accepted by the Education officer responsible for the institution, Mrs
. Terez Dore promptly handed it over to the Principal of the institution, Mrs Jennifer Liburd.
Pastor Cumberbatch indicated that the donation was being planned for, for an extended period and stated that the church was happy to assist the school.
Ms. Wallace in presenting the cheque to Mrs. Dore, saluted the teachers at the school for their tremendous work ethic, in taking care of the children, with special needs.
Mrs Dore and Mrs Liburd thanked the church for the timely donation.
